Our regular shipping prices are listed below, however during promotions and special events we'll have promotional shipping discounts from time to time. Subscribe to our newsletters for latest new arrivals and promotions.


Canada (Domestic)

United States

We are based in Vancouver BC and we ship orders globally.
All our North American orders are shipped via Canada Post or USPS. Orders from the rest of the world are shipped via EMS or local courier that we partner with. Import fees may apply at customs.

Customers will receive email notification on the shipping status, along with the shipment tracking number.
We are small and growing, currently, we are shipping out orders three times a week (on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), with the expectation to expand that to every business days sometime soon.
Once a North American order is shipped out, it usually arrives in 2-7 business days. For orders from the rest of the world, delivery schedule varies depending on the regions however usually within 15 business days.

From time to time, we run shipping promotions. To be notified by email, please sign up to our email newsletters.

 

RETURNS

We are happy to refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, if for any reason you change your mind. After 14 days, we can still offer a refund in store credit.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate such as underwears. Some other non-returnable items are gift cards and final sale items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Any returned items will incur a 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
